These Terms of Service govern your use of Grabbit ("the App"), operated by Javier Enrique Calixto Hernandez ("I", "me", or "the developer"), an independent developer based in Baja California, Mexico. By downloading or using Grabbit, you agree to these terms.
Grabbit is a desktop application for Windows that allows users to download publicly available videos and audio from supported platforms for personal, offline use. The App is distributed via appgrabbit.com and GitHub.
You agree to use Grabbit only for lawful purposes and in compliance with the terms of service of any platform from which you download content. You may not use Grabbit to:

Grabbit is available in a Free tier and a Pro tier. The Free tier includes limited functionality. Pro licenses are sold on a monthly ($8.99/month) or annual ($59.99/year) basis via Stripe. License codes are delivered by email after successful payment.
Pro licenses are non-transferable and are intended for personal use on a single device. You may deactivate and reactivate your license on different devices.
Due to the nature of digital software, all sales are final. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using the App, please contact support at support@appgrabbit.com and I will work to resolve it.
Grabbit and all related code, design, and assets are the property of the developer. The App is provided for personal use only. You may not reverse-engineer, modify, or redistribute the App without explicit written permission.
Grabbit is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The developer is not responsible for how users choose to use downloaded content, nor for changes made by third-party platforms that may affect the App's functionality.
Grabbit uses yt-dlp and FFmpeg, which are open-source tools licensed under their respective licenses. The developer is not affiliated with YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, or any other platform supported by the App.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Grabbit or downloaded content.
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of Grabbit after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. The most current version will always be available at appgrabbit.com/terms.
