Terms of Service
What you agree to when you download and use AppGrabbit.

These Terms of Service govern your use of AppGrabbit ("the App"), operated by CrowSo Studio ("the developer"), an independent developer based in Mexico. By downloading or using AppGrabbit, you agree to these terms.
1. Description of the service
AppGrabbit is a desktop application for Windows that lets you download publicly available videos and audio from supported platforms for personal, offline use, turn captioned videos into text, cut clips and convert files on your own computer. The App is distributed through appgrabbit.com and GitHub.
2. Acceptable use
You agree to use AppGrabbit only for lawful purposes and in compliance with the terms of service of any platform you download from. You may not use AppGrabbit to:
- Download content you do not have the right to download.
- Distribute, sell or commercially exploit downloaded content.
- Circumvent digital rights management (DRM) protections.
- Violate any applicable local, national or international law.
You are solely responsible for making sure your use of downloaded content complies with applicable copyright law.
3. Plans and licenses
AppGrabbit has a Free plan with monthly allowances, a Pro plan sold monthly (USD 8.99 a month, in your local currency at checkout) and a 7-day pass (USD 3.99, one-time, no renewal). Payments are processed by Stripe; license codes are delivered by email after a successful payment. There are no yearly or lifetime plans.
A license is personal and works on one computer at a time. You can move it to another computer from the App up to 3 times every 30 days; the previous computer goes back to the Free plan. Sharing a license code with other people is not allowed.
Pro renews monthly until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the License section of the App ("Manage subscription"); you keep Pro until the end of the period you already paid. The 7-day pass does not renew.
4. Refunds
Because the software is digital and the Free plan lets you try the App before paying, all sales are final. If a technical problem stops you from using what you paid for, write to support@appgrabbit.com and the developer will work with you to fix it.
5. Intellectual property
AppGrabbit and its code, design and assets belong to the developer. You may not remove license checks, decompile, modify or redistribute the App without explicit written permission.
6. Disclaimers
AppGrabbit is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. The developer is not responsible for how you use downloaded content, nor for changes made by third-party platforms that may affect the App. AppGrabbit uses yt-dlp, FFmpeg and Deno, open-source tools under their own licenses. The developer is not affiliated with YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, X, Pinterest, Twitch, SoundCloud or any other platform the App supports.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of AppGrabbit or of downloaded content.
8. Privacy
What the App sends and what it never sends is described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Changes to these terms
These terms may change from time to time. Continued use of AppGrabbit after a change means you accept the new terms. The current version is always at appgrabbit.com/terms/. Versions: April 4, 2026 (first); September 4, 2026 (AppGrabbit 3.0: one computer at a time, 7-day pass, no yearly plan).
