Otter is built for the meeting while it happens: the bot joins, listens, labels each person and when it ends you have a summary and decisions on its website, shareable with the team. AppGrabbit never joins a meeting: it works with the recording you already have (or with a video link) and leaves the text on your PC. So the question isn't which is better, but what you have: a meeting about to start, or a file.
The detail that decides: uploading recordings
If what you want is to transcribe recordings, Otter's free plan allows 3 files in a lifetime, 30 minutes at most; Pro goes up to 10 a month of up to 90 minutes. A two-hour lecture doesn't fit even on Pro. Where your audio ends up
